Method
- Mix the 2 Tablespoons Cream Cheese, 1 Tablespoon Mayo and 1/2 Tablespoon of Garlic Paste together in a small bowl.
- Add the 1/4 cup cheddar cheese to the bowl, mix.
- Spray a pan with Pam or Olive Oil and place on the stove over low heat.
- Place bread down in the pan and add 1 slice of swiss cheese, add the cream cheese/cheddar mix and spread evenly, add the other slice of swiss cheese and top with bread. Cover with lid.
- Cook for about 3-5 minutes until bread is starting to turn golden brown. Flip sandwich and cook for another 3-5 minutes until cheese is thoroughly melted. Enjoy!
