bell peppers
(mix of orange, red and/or yellow)

olive oil

paprika

feta cheese

Instructions
Chop the bell peppers and onions into slices. Roughly chop the garlic.
Add bell peppers, onions and garlice to a frying pan over medium heat with olive oil.
Saute for about 5 to 7 minutes until softened and add the paprika.
Cook for about another 10 minutes until the onions and garlic start to brown.
Sprinkle feta cheese on top and serve!
