Method
- Chop the bell peppers and onions into slices. Roughly chop the garlic.
- Add bell peppers, onions and garlice to a frying pan over medium heat with olive oil.
- Saute for about 5 to 7 minutes until softened and add the paprika.
- Cook for about another 10 minutes until the onions and garlic start to brown.
- Sprinkle feta cheese on top and serve!
