Creamy Chicken Marsala

Creamy Chicken Marsala is made with crispy pan-fried chicken with sautéed mushrooms in a rich and creamy Marsala wine sauce. It is one of the most famous Italian dishes, is easy to make at home and will rival any restaurant.

After years of climbing the corporate ladder, I swore I would never have children. As life does, it transpires and leads us down a different path than the one we may have set out for ourselves. I am blessed with three handsome young men and this is my journey on finding the balance between motherhood and having a career.

The favorite part of my day is family time and as a working mom want to make every second count. I have a passion for making great food and having fun adventures with the kids. I know firsthand how hard it is to cook a homemade meal while working (let alone figuring out what to cook!) or trying to come up with fun creative things to do with the kids.
