Side Dish Recipes

I find it is always easy to pick the main dish I want to serve, the trick is picking out the best side dish to compliment the meal! There are always so many options to choose for side dish recipes, how do you pick just one!

After years of climbing the corporate ladder, I swore I would never have children. As life does, it transpires and leads us down a different path than the one we may have set out for ourselves. I am blessed with three handsome young men and this is my journey on finding the balance between motherhood and having a career.

The favorite part of my day is family time and as a working mom want to make every second count. I have a passion for making great food and having fun adventures with the kids. I know firsthand how hard it is to cook a homemade meal while working (let alone figuring out what to cook!) or trying to come up with fun creative things to do with the kids.
