Homemade Manicotti

While I grew up in an Italian household, I never made homemade manicotti, that is until I met my husband.  I still remember the first time I made manicotti.  My husband (then boyfriend) and I had just gotten back from Mexico, where I had taken him for his birthday.  When Continue Reading

    Life Transpires

    Our Family

After years of climbing the corporate ladder, I swore I would never have children. As life does, it transpires and leads us down a different path than the one we may have set out for ourselves.  I am blessed with three handsome young men and this is my journey on finding the balance between motherhood and having a career.

The favorite part of my day is family time and as a working mom want to make every second count.  I have a passion for making great food and having fun  adventures with the kids.  I know firsthand how hard it is to cook a homemade meal while working (let alone figuring out what to cook!) or trying to come up with fun creative things to do with the kids.
