Kielbasa and Apples
Are you looking for a kielbasa recipe for dinner? Look no further than Kielbasa and Apples!
This recipe is a childhood favorite of mine. It comes right from mom’s kitchen. I am a complete sucker for the sweet and salty combinations. The kielbasa with apples makes for a perfect balance.
It is a great dish that works well all year. It is hearty enough to eat on a fall day served with rice. But with the sweetness from the apples it can carry you through summer.
Kid Approved!
The kiddos love it! When I ask what they would like for dinner this week it is one of the top requested meals in our house. Even better, it is one I can trust the hubby to make as well!
Kielbasa and Apples: Simple and quick to make in under 30 minutes!
This is a simple recipe and great for beginners. It is very forgiving. The best part? Kielbasa has a long shelf life. The apples can last a week or two before needing be used, making this dish very flexible on when you want to make it during the week. My preference when cooking is to use a Polska Kielbasa. However, if you want to healthy it up some I suggest using a turkey kielbasa or a lite kielbasa.
